I am Jessica McSulla, sometimes known as EarthyGardener. Professionally, I am an architect, landscape designer, and a Certified Floodplain Manager who is an advocate of right-sized homes, ecological design, and designing for resiliency.
Inkberry Designs, LLC is a NJ-based landscape design business that focuses on creating smaller-scale sustainable spaces, such as residential yard design or municipal parks. I started Inkberry Designs to promote the importance of designing for ecology and resiliency when approaching landscape design, which can also often provide the added benefit of a lower-maintenance landscape.
The Inkberry Designs website features Blogs and Resources pages, which provide a go-to source on Home-Sized Sustainability. It is a positive place for exploration, education, and inspiration that can empower you to create more environmentally-respectful spaces in your life. With a heavy focus on home and garden design, Inkberry Designs cultivates smart, down-to-earth, and simple approaches to creating more sustainable spaces in your life.
Besides thinking, exploring, and sharing about having a lighter impact on the Earth, I live in NJ with my husband, daughter, son, and our tiny corgi, Mochi. I enjoy weightlifting, yoga, papercrafting, motorcycling, and lazy gardening.
